Food is always hot and fresh upon pickup. Consistently delicious as well. I’ve never an issue but based on their customer service in general I’m confident that any issue would be resolved by the staff

Delivery was timely and food was hot. 2nd time I didn't get hot mustard for my teriyaki beef (chicken last time). It is in the notes. Overall, a minor problem. Still my favorite place.

Perfect as always. Quick delivery, everything was still hot. Food itself is consistently good, but the pad thai was surprisingly excellent. I'd suggest adding a lime to it, but I'm not gonna say it was missing.
